Remember these tips regarding interview preparation:
Dress to impress! In our industry, scrubs are professional attire. Avoid jeans and t-shirts.
Do your research on CareGivers America by browsing our website before your interview.
Bring the names and phone numbers of 2 professional references with you.
Avoid talking negatively about a previous employer.
DO talk about what your strengths are. Experience is not required, but that doesn’t mean that your skill set is not valuable. What do you think you’ll be good at and why?

We will run the following criminal background checks upon hire:
Criminal Background Check
Child Abuse Clearance
FBI Fingerprinting, as applicable
Magistrate Docket Checks
Motor Vehicle Check
Drug Testing, as applicable
At time of orientation, we will need copies of the following:
Driver’s License
Social Security Card
Evidence of two year PA residency
Copies of any recent background checks
Evidence of training, certification, or continuing education
