Green Tea Smoothie
“This is one of the smoothies I make for myself to start my day. I like to try to get my greens in with each meal and slipping it into a morning shake along with some tasty fruits is a great way. It also helps with hunger in the morning and is easy as a “take along” snack as well as nutritious.”

Makes: About 3 1/2 cups, for two 1 3/4-cup servings

Total Prep Time: 10 minutes

You will need:

  • 3 cups frozen white grapes
  • 2 packed cups baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups strong brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Blend together and enjoy!
